Who issues the final certificate?+
All PGDM certificates are issued by Sardar Patel University, Balaghat. PBS centres deliver the program under a formal MoU but the degree is awarded by the university.
What is the duration of a PGDM?+
PGDM programs are 1 year (2 semesters). Eligibility is any graduate (10+2+3). Advance Diplomas are also 1 year with 10+2 eligibility.
Is the program fully online?+
No. PBS uses a hybrid model — 24/7 access to the digital LMS combined with face-to-face mentorship at your nearest authorized PBS Counseling Centre.
Where are the final examinations conducted?+
Final examinations are conducted exclusively at the SPU campus in Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh, in accordance with UGC and state regulations.
What is the On-Job Training (OJT)?+
Every PBS program embeds a mandatory 180-hour On-Job Training with industry partners — designed to make graduates immediately job-ready.
Can my coaching institute become a PBS centre?+
Yes. Coaching classes, degree colleges and EdTech entrepreneurs can apply to become an authorized Counseling-Cum-Information Centre. Visit the Partner With Us page or contact our partnership team.
Are credits transferable to ABC / APAAR?+
Yes. All credits flow into the Academic Bank of Credits and your APAAR ID for lifelong portability under NEP 2020.
What support does the LMS provide?+
The Student Portal includes recorded lectures, live doubt-clearing, a digital library, mock assessments, ABC / APAAR tracking and a ticketing system for queries.
